Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience. At G Skin we believe in providing a fair and reasonable returns policy to our customers.


You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the orginal packaging.

Incorrect sent orders 

If the product you are sent is not the product you ordered, we will send you the correct item free of charge. You will need to contact us at [email protected] and we will give you a return authority and ask that the wrong item be sent back to us first. Then we will send you an email with a return postage label to print off and attach it to your parcel to return the incorrect product. The correct item will be sent via express post on receiving your return.

Allergy Return

It is aways important to use products as directed on the label. In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

At gskin.com.au / We specially curate the products we carry. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify, sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions my react differently to our products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experience and allergic reaction, Please send a detailed desription of what occurred along with the pictures to [email protected] / we will communicate this to the brand and help find and appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain intances, a medical certificate my be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.

Product Faults

If the item has a major fault in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, You are entitled to choose between a refund, or replacement of the item (subject to availability) , along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Please contact us to arrange replacement or refund including the cost of postage for returning the item.

Please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Once we receive you item, we will inspcet it anf notify you that we have received your returned item. We will intiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
